What insurance plans do you accept?

We accept most major insurance providers. View the complete list of insurance plans we accept.

 

Can I walk in, or do I need to make an appointment?

Anyone is welcome to walk in to see a nurse practitioner during business hours. However, we ask that our established patients schedule appointments in advance for refills and discussions. This will ensure they receive the time they need with a care provider.

 

Do you offer vaccines?

Yes, we offer vaccines for children 5 and older, adolescents and adults. However, we do not offer vaccines for children younger than 5.

 

Should I fast before having blood work done?

Fasting is necessary with some blood work, such as sugar and cholesterol checks. When fasting is required, please begin fasting 8 hours before your appointment. For specific information about your blood work appointment, please contact us.

 

Do you give sports physicals, and are they free?   

Yes, sports physicals are free for our established patients.

 

Do you perform x-rays, and do you offer these services to children?

Yes, we provide x-ray services in our facility for both adults and children.

 

May I request a specific nurse practitioner or care provider?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate these requests. We ask that you please call ahead to schedule an appointment with the provider you would like to see.

 

Will you manage my pain needs?

Pain management is provided on a case-by-case basis. Please speak with a member of our staff if you’re interested in this service.

  • Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
  • Closed Saturday and Sunday
  • Closed Daily from 12:30PM-1PM for Lunch
